Yesterday, I talked about gratitude, which I believe is the number one thing you can do to improve your outlook of life. I was grateful, yesterday, for my wife who planned dinner, which we then prepared together. I was grateful for my heated seats in my car, since it was about 13 degrees Fahrenheit when I left for work. And I was grateful that my car is parked in a garage and not outside (in the extreme cold).
What do you do, when you feel your world closing in?
Do you look for ways to de-stress, like going for a walk or exercising?
I like to walk in the woods.
